A little bit about me & my philosophy
Hey there thanks for dropping by & for checking me out!, the prospect that you're made it this far must be enough to realise that natural documentary wedding photography is for you.
I am a full time wedding photographer that feels privileged to do what I love doing most, photographing the best days of couples lives. I'm a proud husband to my wonderful wife Caithriona of four magical years & lucky dad to two adorable kids Saoirse & Shane jr.
I consider myself a storyteller that documents those once in a lifetime moments in the best way possible in an natural non intrusive form.
I'm a big lover of natural light when it comes to storytelling wedding days, to me it's all about the light that complements great scenes thought-out a wedding day.
Couples that hire me for their wedding day value my creativity & experience not to mention trust in me as their wedding photographer for the most important day of their lives.
I am based in my native Tralee County Kerry here in Ireland but I am available worldwide for weddings, destination weddings, elopements & couple shoots.
I'm not your traditional wedding photographer that poses people all day long, to me wedding photography should be about those natural unspoilt moments throughout your day & all the details that make your wedding day so personal to you.

I can't recommend Shane enough! I don't think there is a photographer in this world that would have been a better fit for John and I. Shane was absolutly amazing. He is exceptionally friendly, funny, and he knows all the best places for that perfect shot.

If I could give 10 stars my husband and I definitely would, from the moment Shane arrived at my house Friday morning (20-04-18) he had a smile and calm and relaxed feel about him.
