Hi, my name is Fionnuala and I am passionate about cakes! I have been working as a professional wedding and novelty cake designer for over three years and am now very excited to be expanding my own business. Although I completed a degree in Sports Science, my passion for decorating cakes led me to begin a career in confectionary. I am self-taught and have been senior cake designer in Zest! from [xxxxxxx] , designing and decorating all wedding and novelty cakes for delivery to six cafes across Limerick and Ennis. I love the creativity and variety involved in designing bespoke cakes, and work hard to deliver exceptional, expertly finished cakes to a clients’ specifications. Having designed hundreds of wedding cakes, including for each of my sisters, I understand how important it is to have a beautiful, unique cake to celebrate your special day, and will always work with you to ensure the finished result exceeds your expectations.
